Information about medicines

In the last few years, I’ve been involved in three areas:

a. Readability testing of patient leaflets. This is a commercial service for the pharmaceutical industry.

b. Comments on regulations, guidelines and templates. These comments are responses to formal calls, or reactions to requests at conferences.

c. A Bibliography containing articles that investigate the European QRD template.

d. A Bibliography based on 18 Systematic reviews about the effects of pictograms.
